We have found the health behaviour change model below to be very useful in planning campaign strategy. It was developed in 1977 by Prochaska, Di Clemente & Colleagues of the University of Rhode Island. We have slightly modified it to incorporate contemporary social media sharing. However, if you have an existing approach, or defined direction; we’re super happy to fit in with how you’d like to move forward.
